Dekel Bor has taken the jazz world by storm for his highly original musical vision as a composer, guitarist and bandleader.

His long term collaboration with legendary Grammy-winning producer Robert Sadin ( Herbie Hancock, Sting ) has produced an album entitled "Emuna" and an EP "Home".

Dekel has performed with the elite of the international jazz world: Johhny Griffin, Reggie Workman, Pat Martino, Adam Rogers, Roy Hargrove, Donny McCasslin, Neils-Henning-Orsted-Pedersen, Billy Hart, Ari Hoenig and Gregory Hutchinson, at such venues as Birdland, The Blue Note, The Jazz Standard, Smalls and The 55 Bar. Since 2003 Dekel has been leading his own trio, touring across the US and Europe, performing at festivals, clubs and colleges to critical acclaim.

Dekel has also collaborated with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, modern dance star David Parsons and cutting edge choreographer Nelly Van-Bommell and legendary Israeli poet Raquel Chalfi.

Dekel is dedicating 2012 to playing "Bach Electrified" - unique arrangements of the master's music, touring european concert halls, clubs and festivals headlining alongside Bobby McFerrin, Meshell Ndegeocello, Danilo Perez, The Punch Brothers, The Yellowjackets and Daniela Mercury.

In 2013 Dekel will be recording a new album alongside 3 of his biggest jazz idols, collaborating with a major rock legend, and unveiling a new cross-genre project with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
